  Helen Norton\, and Doug Spencer\, discuss the notable cases the U.S. Supr
 eme Court decided during the 2025-2026 term and the impact of those decisi
 ons on practitioners. Panelists will explore developments in voting rights
  and election law\, equal protection and gender\, free speech\, the limits
  of presidential power\, and birthright citizenship. \n\n \n\nLunch and se
