DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday\, November 5\, at 8 a.m. Mountain Time\, the Supre
 me Court will hear oral arguments in the important tariff case Learning Re
 sources Inc v. Trump. The plaintiffs are small business owners who develop
  products and assemble domestically\, but manufacture internationally. As 
 a result of the tariffs\, these businesses will see an increase in their i
 mport costs of over $97.7 million in 2025. The Supreme Court will decide i
 f the International Emergency Powers Act (“IEEPA”) authorizes the pres
 ident to impose tariffs.\n\nProfessor Speck and the FTLA will be hosting a
  breakfast to listen to the oral arguments on the SCOTUS audio livestream.
