The NRA Civil Rights Defense Fund would like to make you aware of its Third Annual Law Student Second Amendment Research and Writing Competition. 

Any law student currently enrolled in an ABA Accredited law school is eligible to enter the competition by writing a scholarly article suitable for publication* addressing the assigned Second Amendment issue.  Articles must be submitted via email, in PDF format, on or before March 1, 2026, to nracrdf_lawschoolcontest@nrahq.org. 

$10,000 – First Place      $7,000 – Second Place       $3,000 Third Place
