On Tuesday, November 12 at Noon in Room 205, Professor Spencer will be hosting “Election and Éclairs.” At this gathering he will share some brief thoughts on the election—legal challenges, poll accuracy, and how political shifts might impact future election litigation. He will also lead a discussion on cross-partisan communication and why law school is a prime setting for it.
