Spring Mock Interview Program (sign up by January 16, 2025):  The CDO invites you to build your interviewing skills by participating in its Spring Mock Interview Program over the Zoom platform on dates and times from January 27 – February 7. The ability to interview well is an essential skill. You can learn and refine this skill through practice and feedback. Employers interviewing job candidates through virtual platforms such as Zoom and Flo Recruit is now standard practice.

Most of our spring 2025 OCI-participating employers – regardless of organization type or size – will conduct at least their screening interviews virtually. Similarly, government and public interest employers interviewing in the Government and Public Interest Career Fair’s interview component will hold virtual interviews. Our Spring Mock Interview Program will help you engage in your future job interviews with confidence regardless of whether you are pursuing public or private sector opportunities.

This mock interview program is open to all 1L, 2L, and 3L students. The registration deadline is January 16, 2025. Mock interviews will take place over the Zoom platform on dates and times from January 27 – February 7. We have invited  attorneys from a range of practice areas and types to serve as mock interviewers. We hope to match each participating student with an attorney who works in a practice area or setting type of interest to the student. Please sign up using this form by January 16, 2025.
