The Byron R. White Center presents a lunch talk with Mike Paulsen titled "Colorado Was Right! The U.S. Supreme Court's Great Train Robbery in Trump v. Anderson (or "Why Trump is Not President"). 

Michael Stokes Paulsen is Distinguished University Chair & Professor of Law at the University of St. Thomas, in Minneapolis, where he has taught since 2007. He is a graduate of Northwestern University, Yale Law School, and Yale Divinity School. Before becoming a law professor, Paulsen worked for the U.S. Department of Justice and in private practice. He is currently a visiting scholar at the Hoover Institution of Stanford University.
