The Frederic L. Ballard, Jr. Memorial Scholarship Program is designed to support and empower the next generation of leaders in public finance and municipal bond law.

To be eligible to receive a scholarship, an applicant must be currently enrolled in the Doctor of Jurisprudence Program or Masters of Law Program at an accredited law school located within the USA.
