Do algorithms have First Amendment rights? A Discussion on Algorithmic Speech & Moody v. NetChoice.  On April 14, 2026, Charles “Chip” Miller, a Senior Attorney at the Institute for Free Speech, will join CU law professor, Professor Margot Kaminski, for a talk/debate about AI, and how it connects with free speech/moderation. They will discuss questions like how much content moderation (if any) is actually protected free speech and what do different state-level content moderation regulations require of these platforms visa vis their content moderation.
